Had a not great experience my first time around and the very next day, the general manager gave me a call - super apologetic and inviting me back in to fix my hair! I was connected with Erica the very next day (different stylist from the first) and WOW! Erica is incredibly detail oriented, asks tons of questions, and makes every cut with intention. She had me move my head around a ton to get every angle of my hair and was so focused on making my layers look a lot more even and fluid using a completely different cutting technique. She is a fantastic listener and conversationalist and did not make me feel uncomfortable for not being happy with my first cut, I was worried. The service was complementary but I gave Erica a tip, she so deserved it! I absolutely recommend booking with Erica! And commend Interlocks for knowing how to make things right!“
