He had been maintaining our heating system for the past 12 years in West Newbury and I recommended him to an elderly client in Merrrimac who had been getting quotes up to $17,000 for a new heating system. When I arrived to her condo yesterday they were sitting and chatting at her kitchen table. He was explaining how worst case scenario she just needed a new hot water for 3K and he would be happy to maintain the old system. He didn’t even charge her for service call/consult!
