I just moved into this house and was having some issues with a zone not turning off with my boiler. He came over, diagnosed the problem and pointed out several other problems I didn't see (I'm new to the Boiler game, moving here from warmer climates with central heat and air). Got everything done and replaced quickly, answered a lot of my stupid questions and left me feeling good about my heating system. Thanks, Craig!

Craig has now installed three furnaces for me in three separate buildings over the past two years and I could not be happier with his work. He sticks to his quoted price, explains exactly (in terms the homeowner can understand) what needs to be done, gets the job done on time and never cuts corners for the sake of cost. During my last furnace installation, he encountered some unexpected chimney damage in an old colonial and didn't miss a beat. He called in a local mason to repair the "nightmare" and then he worked until 11 pm to get the install completed and the heat running before a big storm rolled in.
