“This company is a breath of fresh air! My WEL-TROL system sprung a few leaks and was the original from 1989. I called around and EVERY company wanted a fee to just come out to do an estimate. I called Bolduc and they came out to give me a FREE quote. Brandon came out within a day and was so professional. He understood i was a layman and didn't speak down to me but even listened to me. The quote was fair and within a few days he was out to fix it. He and his apprentice showed up on time,fixed the problem in a timely fashion, and left my mechanical room cleaner then when they got there. At the end he showed me the system, told me their forms of payments and asked me if I has any questions! This is my go-to company from now on and I'm glad I found them!“

“I can't say enough great things about Wachusett Paving... Called at 9:15 in the morning and the project was completed by 1:00 p.m., unheard of in this day of many companies not wanting to do "smaller jobs." Talked to Pedro (owner) on the phone, and 30 minutes later, Pedro arrived and thoroughly explained the project to me, my grandfather, and his daughter. Pedro was honest and forthcoming about what the best and most effective option was. The price was extremely reasonable considering the equipment involved, the time of year, and the urgency to complete the project. Most importantly, Wachusett Paving is a family-owned and operated company, and their family treats your family as if it is their own, and that speaks volumes. There are not many companies out there anymore that don't try to overcharge/inflate the prices for older folks. Kudos and huge respect for all of Wachusett Paving's employees for being respectful of my grandfather and taking the time to talk to him! 10 Stars!
