Wonderful people to work with. This was my first year hiring someone else to do our taxes and I could not have asked for a better experience. I called the office to inquire about services and after a short call to gather some basic info I was sent the questionnaire and checklist of paperwork to bring which arrives two days later. We gathered all info that was mentioned on the checklist and dropped it off and it was as simple as that!They emailed with a few questions and within a week and a half from dropping off the paperwork, they called to say it was all ready to be picked up.We took the return home and looked it over to make sure it looked good. My husband personally attempted our federal taxes and we were going to have to pay an over $900. So we decided to go with Croteau & Associates because my brother has used them for years. We're getting a good refund instead. Thank you Mr. Croteau and thank God!

We never thought about being audited until both the IRS and Mass DOR decided to audit us at the same time. Very responsive with solid knowledge of the inner workings of the systems. You want Croteau and Associates working for you!
