Tim and Nicole were great to work with! They were both so nice and very responsive. We got a quote back almost immediately while other contractors took weeks to respond. We could tell that they really cared about our project and meeting our needs. It was important for us to have a contractor we could trust to be in our home without us there and we certainly felt that way about Tim. We love our new and improved home- thank you for everything! They do great work at a very reasonable cost! I highly recommend them for your construction needs!

Our renovation journey began 3/28/16 with a fellow who said he turns 'houses into homes'. We had a home but the guy turned it into a disaster area. We were told three weeks start to finish but a month in and the nightmare was worsening; neighbor dubbed our property the "crime scene". First guy up and quits (bye bye $20K) and we connect with Progress Contracting. OMG... without complaint, without cursing, Tim and Chris undid all the shoddy workmanship done before they arrived (took days) but every day was a 'new surprise' for them. We could set our watches by them; arriving at 7:30am and working until they were ready to drop. Earliest they ever left was 5:30pm. (First guys <5 per day, weekdays only.) From May 3-13 we saw progress DAILY--and lots of it. There are no words to tell you how incredibly fortunate we feel to have had them do our farmer porch. In 24 hours we've had no less than 30 people call out, beep (giving a HUGE thumbs up), or yell "LOVE the new porch!" We love it, too. With Progress Contracting you won't have headaches, you'll have visible PROGRESS every day. Not related to anyone there, but we'd be honored to be if we were.
