Went to Milford Urgent Care in Milford today. This was my first time going there. Receptionist was warm and efficient. Dr. Hardenbrook and her medical assistant were excellent and made me feel comfortable and fixed my problem with my ear. Highly recommend!
I took my son here today for a very heavy and persistent bloody nose that would not stop. It was very scary for me and we got in right away with their PA Sam. He was awesome. He was able to stop the bleeding while calming my son down by talking to him and asking him questions. He was also super patient with me and helped calm me down too. The nurse whose name I don’t remember was also really great and calming! Hope everyone is lucky enough to get Sam when they go in.
I brought my son to this location and Kayla the receptionist was one of the nicest people!! She’s so bubbly, happy, enthusiastic and amazing with patients who walk through the door. Shes quick and efficient, and had stickers for my son so she’s his favorite too!! The doctor was resourceful, honest, and reassuring. The wait time was quick as well! This will be our go to urgent care from now on :)
