“Nothing but good experience here. I chose Jessica Carroll as a PCP. She takes her time and listens. The lab has been under a 10 minute wait every time.“

“I'm always treated with respect and courtesy from my Dr to the wonderful women at the front desk as they continually help me navigate the lovely world of insurance. Thankfully they actually contact me and help me get the " correct" paperwork sent to the correct drs or specialist . Thanks for all your help.“

“I went to the Occupational Health Dept. to have a TB test for my new job. The staff went above and beyond! I had bloodwork done at another lab and the nurse read the results and explained everything to me. I would definitely go back there for an immunization or other work-related need!“

“This review is based on my experience at the hospital for 2 different things.1. MaternityGood: My wife delivered our baby at this hospital. The COVID restrictions no longer existed although everybody was asked to wear masks and we were happy about it. For those who didn't bring masks, the check in staff provided one. I was allowed to stay with my wife throughout the process of 2-3 days. The nurses were extremely professional, they were monitoring regularly. The communication between different nurses and doctors seemed to be seamless. After the delivery, we were moved to another bigger room with a window. It was our first baby and the nurses were cognizant of that fact. They took extra efforts to ensure we understood different things about the baby and they also taught us a lot of useful things. The lactation consultant helped us with lot of options like formula, donor milk etc. Bad: The only pain point in all of this was the parking and access. The main entrance only has a few parking spots which are usually full. It's very difficult to find the parking in front of the main building. You have to park past the Emergency Department and then walk all the way to the main building side where the maternity department is located. In the evening after 7/8pm, the main entrance is closed. Everyone who has access needs to again go to the Emergency Department first and then walk all the way to the maternity. Very inconvenient!2. Imaging:I will keep this short. Their imaging department is very accessible. Lot of parking right in front of the entrance. Vending machines near the entrance. Check in window right when you enter and once you check in, someone comes to receive you and take you to the right room. Easy peasy. Got the test results in a couple of days.“
