The repair of my refrigerator was scheduled quickly and was completed in a prompt, professional manner.
Well, they fell on their face on repair of my range. 1st technician properly diagnosed the problem as a bad temperature control card and scheduled to come back when the part was received. Well, a second technician came for the next service call, but he did not put in the diagnosed bad circuit card. Instead he replaced the oven ignition card.
