“I have only been here once, with my new 6-week-old kitten a couple weeks ago. The doctor I got was super nice, she was gentle and very informative. There was a nice young gentleman who was assisting her, and he was wonderful. There was a mix up about my kittens age as I made the appointment before picking her up from where I got her. She ended up being too young for her first shots and the secretaries were trying to figure out everything for me. I was clearly nervous, and the gentleman popped his head out into the waiting area to re-assure me that everything will be taken care of and not to worry. Will say I really appreciated that, and it put me to ease. My kitten was a little cold during her checkup, so she was wrapped up in a little towel, they cuddled her until she stopped shivering and gave her a toy at the end. Me and Binx both left happy and made another appointment to follow up with her shots :)“
