Had complete roof replaced down to plywood. All work terms were clearly spelled out in contract ahead of job. No surprises. All work performed as promised. Great communication throughout. All problems addressed and resolved. Price was affordable and fair. Would definitely hire Affordable Roofing again

5 star company! We are in the process of reporting a scammer that has left multiple poor reviews and asked that we pay him to take them down.. we are hoping that we can get this resolved shortly. Thank you.

We're new home owners of an old house with an old roof. Within weeks of our closing, a section of the roof blew off in a storm. Over the holidays. But I was lucky enough to find Affordable Roofing -- seriously, Bruce and his team saved us. Some things to know about this company:- Bruce picks up the phone. I've called several times, including when I found water in the attic (perhaps not a surprise because a piece of the roof was gone, but I'm a n00b!). - Not only does Bruce answer, he shows up. He came over to check out the leak, he and his team showed up on time, and the work was done in a day. Seriously, a DAY.- The name is accurate. The estimate was true to our final bill, which we paid in the form of a deposit and then a final payment when the work was complete. Bruce was carefully managing the whole process. He told us what to expect (it's a 30 year old roof, so it won't match perfectly with the other pieces, and he let us know before he started).This whole housing thing is a journey. I am SO GLAD I have Affordable Roofing's number in my phone.
