    DO NOT USE THEM! Absolutely the worst experience in several years. No ethics or trust. I scheduled a move-out cleaning service. First I got a call from the woman saying that they need to reschedule and I agreed. Then she called again to arrange key pickup and she said we could meet 4pm that day. At 4:15, she called me they were unable to meet due to delays and asked if we can reschedule the pickup. I said no because I have another appointment. Then she started complaining saying it's not their responsibility to stop by to pickup my key. She also said I need to be there while they do the cleaning. What a joke! It's listed clearly in the website that customers can leave their keys using a lockbox or to the neighbor, or call them to arrange, which suggests customers don't need to be there. She was very rude and impatient and I felt no respect. STAY AWAY if you want to do business with people that are respectful and reasonable.

    Absolutely disgraceful service, we requested a deep clean of our home. The day of, we had a family member test positive so we informed their associates when they arrived out of safety to reschedule. They still charged me $450 but did not complete any service. To reschedule it would be another $450, which is absolutely unacceptable standards. Renata, was extremely arrogant and rude, and even hung up on us when we attempted to request a reschedule with no additional charge. We notified her staff out of good faith and practice. There are better cleaning establishments out there, please do not even entertain this business, they will do everything to obtain payment. Currently they are not even responding to our phone call requests. I will be pursing legal action.

    I strongly advise for you to steer AWAY from this company. I would give this poor excuse of an establishment 0 stars if I could. There are far more reputable services available in the Metrowest Area. Renata (unknown her exact role in the establishment) was extremely rude. We had scheduled a deep clean for our house and out of our moral responsibility we had found out one of our family members tested positive for COVID, so the workers arrived at our property that morning without any PPE as portrayed on their site.We notified them about the positive case and to reschedule. They charged me $450 for the service that they did not even perform. I understand the notion of a cancellation policy, however there should be a contingency plan if there is any member of family tests positive that day. We attempted to speak to Renata about rescheduling, and she hung up on me. Very arrogant stating that she is "too busy" to attempt to reschedule. We will be pursing legal action per state/federal Consumer Rights laws.
