Evan was awesome to work with, super great communicator and efficient with time. He was thoughtful of how it would affect us as the homeowners with dust and pets and was great cleaning up. He was able to come on a Sunday for no extra charge and overall was super affordable - would highly recommend!

The battery died on our fire safe with our passports locked inside right before a trip. Evan at Safeway Locksmith picked the phone up after hours. He had a few suggestions but said we could send him a picture of the safe for more accurate information.After we sent the picture he called me back. I can’t say enough how kind and knowledgeable he was. He gave us multiple options of how to get the safe open. We were able to open the safe with his instructions and knowing we could call him back to come out and open himself.I highly recommend. Thank you Evan! You saved our trip. I appreciate the time you took to help us. It was above and beyond.

I miscommunicated with Evan he thought I had a auto key situation when it was just a lockout, but then he went out of his way to tell me what I should be paying fair market value to someone else already on the way. Truly stand up person, and I will be calling him next time.
