Reached out to Phil and he immediately picked up the phone. We needed to have the foundation's sill repaired for about an 8 foot section. Phil came out and reviewed, he was prompt and answered all of our questions with no fuss. He consistently followed up with me in a timely manner, and I had no issues with timing. He was able to repair the foundation's sill within a few hours, and it looks better than ever.I had reviewed this project with three other engineers, and Phil was the most reliable, knowledgeable, and had the best cost out of them all.

Over the last couple of years Phil did three projects for us. We originally hired him to replace a column in the basement and we were impressed by his diligence, thoughtful approach to the projects and the quality of his work. After that he built a small deck behind our house and recently another deck over the garage. We highly recommend PGB Construction.
