“I visited this location for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised. There was NO animal or pet food odor at all, unlike many similar stores. It all seemed nice and clean. I was there for the fish section, and the tanks were pretty clean and fish looked healthy. Their live aquarium plant selection was rather small BUT they were almost all in good condition, which is rather rare for chain store plants. Their live Betta fish were all in clean water, and also looked healthy. You can tell a lot about a location by how their Bettas look. As an ex-parakeet parent, I also looked in on theirs, and they, too, looked perky and healthy. I will definitely go again in the future, as long as the standards are being kept up.“

“I can’t say enough about Jennifer!!! She has helped us so much. Our pup still has some basic commands to learn and also has some growth areas and she has been amazing helping us with all of that and everything in between. She meets you where you are and devises a plan with your input to help you get where you want to go. She is also most willing to change the plan as needed to address any more pressing training issues that come up. She teaches you the “why” behind all of the methods she uses. She can accomplish an amazing amount in a 30 minute session. She goes above and beyond in being available to help with anything that helps you and your pup. I could continue to list positives all day long. We are so grateful for her!“

Training took place at her facility, and at our apartment. Since completing training, Kaia has become more confident and so have we. “I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.“

“Started training with Sol in June for help with my 1.5 year old Great Dane. Id been to 2 trainers and progress was slow with many major setbacks. Time was against me; my dog was growing so fast approaching 140lbs and extremely strong. He was heavier and stronger than me. I had just experienced being dragged across the street so my dog could tackle 2 dogs and knock down the owner. I was at rock bottom, this dog needed help or I would have to re-home him. I wasn't sure I had what it would take to fix or if he was even fixable. I needed help ASAP. I emailed Sol and he responded within hours and we had a session 2 days later. I noticed an improvement after 1 session and just completed my 4th class today. I drive 1.5 hours each way to see Sol because his training is worth it. I have a completely different understanding of human/dog dynamics, obedience and how to achieve it. I now have a dog that is confident, balanced and knows who is in charge. People stop me and comment how well behaved my dog is. I purposely didn't review Sol right away because I wanted to see this through. Words of advice....Listen to Sol even if it doesn't make sense, do exactly what he says and be consistent. Words can't express how grateful I am for Sol. His training changed my life.“
