Mystic Fitness studio is such a beautiful welcoming place. Amy has curated a warm and inviting community for yogis of all levels. I was just starting my yoga journey when I found Mystic. Through regular practice there, my practice grew and evolved. Yoga is now an integral part of my self care and I credit a big part of that to Amy and all the teachers at Mystic. Mystic will provide a good work out but will also feed your soul. I unfortunately do not live in the area anymore but I think about my Mystic family often! Cannot recommend this studio enough.
Nice little studio and you get to try different types of yoga under different teachers. This gives a chance to know yourself and each teacher's style, dictation, pace, heat tolerance etc. before you choose the groove you best fit in. First hot yoga class made me think I'd never go back but it was therapuetic and pulled me right back into it. This place and Joe's hot yoga routine is the best thing that happened to my life in MA! Highly recommend
