“Geoff is a very flexible and personable music teacher who adapts his style to the student. He is a dedicated music educator who loves to teach. He is great at scaffolding his lessons and it's obvious that enjoys what he does. We go for electric guitar lessons, but he also teaches piano, bass guitar, ukulele, and mandolin.“

“I recently had the privilege of attending my niece Teagan's graduation from The Rivers School in Boston, and I can genuinely say I was moved to tears walking the campus. What I saw wasn’t just a school—it was a vision of what education should be. Every detail, from the facilities to the faculty energy, showed an unwavering commitment to student excellence.

With only around 90 students per grade and class sizes of just 4 or 5, each student receives an education that’s not just personal, but powerful. The resources blew me away—a full robotics lab, a dedicated physics department, and student-driven projects like real-world product launch campaigns. This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about unlocking potential. The entire staff seemed devoted to one mission: pushing the greatness out of every student, shaping them into leaders, creators, and deep thinkers.

It was emotional for me. I couldn’t help but reflect on my own high school experience—an environment where minds went unchallenged, support was scarce, and accountability was non-existent. I wonder what I could’ve done with opportunities like these. How far could my curiosity and drive have taken me if I'd had the same tools and encouragement?

The Rivers School doesn’t just educate; it inspires, elevates, and empowers. Every child deserves what my niece had—a place that believes in their ability to be elite at whatever they choose to pursue. If every school were like this, the future would be unstoppable.

The Rivers School is a model. A blueprint. And witnessing its impact firsthand has forever changed how I see education.“

“Justin is an exceptional teacher that has a wealth of drumming and music knowledge. His studies as well as experience is applicable to every lesson - I learned something new each time we met. I went from being an absolute beginner to playing drums on a full set in less than two years! His enthusiasm and ability to articulate drum theory that was relevant to where I was helped guide me along my journey. I’m grateful to have access to his skills - highly recommended!“

“I had my P bass redone. It was sent out to the luthier he recommended and redone top to bottom, and now plays like brand new. I found where I can take my bass now having had mediocre jobs done in the past.“
