They are known for their quick and efficient work, as seen when a 12-year-old Air Book's hard drive was recovered and copied onto an external drive within hours of the initial phone call. The MacBook Clinic has also demonstrated expertise in replacing a MacBook Air's touchpad in just about 2 hours. This business has proven to be cost-effective, charging a reasonable price for services compared to the Apple Store. For instance, they fixed a MacBook Pro, purchased directly from Apple in 2021, for $320.00 and returned it to the customer in less than two days. In contrast, the Apple Store offered a diagnostic dive for $600.00 with no guarantee of repair. The MacBook Clinic at 965 Concord Street in Framingham is highly recommended for their exceptional service and cost-effective solutions.
