My daughter recently wrote a letter through her local library to the author "James Patterson", but mistakenly mailed it to James H. Patterson CPA. Rather than just throw away the letter, James Patterson wrote back to my daughter informing her that she had sent her letter to the wrong James Patterson and returning the letter to her. It was a thoughtful response and very much appreciated.
