I am so sad to write a negative review because things started off so well with Richie Shaw/JBL Drain. He came to assess our situation, made a proposal, and we scheduled the work. It was going to be to unclog an outside drainage pipe and then come back in the fall to put on gutter guards for our rain gutters. He came to do the drainage pipe, but then a week or two later we were having the same problem. I contacted him, and he said he would come out to take another look. He did not show, and I contacted him again. He said he was having some family problems and was very apologetic and rescheduled. He failed to show again, different family problem...and we rescheduled again. He did not show, would not respond to email, text, or phone calls. He took our money (not a small amount) and did not complete the job since we are still having the same issue. He seemed like a really nice guy, and I understand that life gets in the way, but I am disappointed at his lack of professionalism, follow through, and the fact that he basically stole from us.

I have lots of respect to Hollis Handyman Services because they were all dedicated and helpful to their customers. They are truly the epitome of perfection! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great group of people!!! Very courteous, knowledgeable and quick.We had to call Hollis Handyman Services to fix our leaky kitchen sink and Hollis Handyman Services did it in a timely manner.I will definitely avail their service again.Highly recommended!
