Mario and his crew took care of a VERY problematic attic cleaning and disinfecting job. They were prompt, thorough and stood behind their work with integrity. I highly recommend them for any tricky cleanup and sanitizing job. Mario understood that we needed his services right away to stay on our Mass Save timeline and he was very accommodating while conscientious and thorough. I highly recommend!

Mario was so easy work with. We called for an estimate, and he was here the next day, and he was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. They were also very reasonably priced. They were so attentive in the house to not get things dirty, and they explained the process as they were working. We were very happy with their work and would recommend them!

I had moved into an apartment that had some issues with water leaks. One in my kitchen under my sink and one from the 2nd floor bathroom tub that would leak down into my living room ceiling and walls. There was also evidence of water damage before I moved in. Shortly after I moved in I started getting sick. Over the years I had gotten so sick I was unable to work any longer after working my whole life. I began wondering if mold exposure was the issue because after seeing every doctor and specialist we couldn't pinpoint why I was so sick and getting worse. After another leak my 8 year old became very ill. I called Mario from Epic and he was there the following day. As soon as he stepped into the apartment he said he could smell mold! I was very surprised because I nor anyone that came into the apartment every smelled mold or any musty odor. I was very impressed with Mario from the get go. He was not only very knowledgeable but he was very professional, down to earth and very easy to talk to. He checked out the apartment and pulled air samples to send to a lab. Durring that time he answered all of my questions and I knew I lucked out with finding a great company on my first inquiry. He also advocated for me about what needed to be fixed in the apartment when the initial conversation about replacing the tub came up. Though the tub and shower were relatively new and didn't need to be replaced per maintenance he stood strong that until the problem was fixed there would continue to be leaks and issues. In my situation him speaking up for me was huge and very appreciated. To make a long story short the test showed up positive for up to 10 different types of airborne mold spores. Mario was very knowledgeable about how mold can make you sick. When I looked up the different names of the mold I found out about 5 of them were toxic, disease or possibly cancer causing and one was even deadly! After further study I found these molds were causing almost every symptom that I have been having for the nearly 4 years of living there and the ones that my daughter was now suffering from. Side note: none of my doctors picked up on any of this, even when I specifically told them of my concerns that there may be mold in my apartment and it could be causing me to be having these symptoms. So it is very important that you self educate yourself regarding mold and its effects on one's health and also pets. Mario said with the test results being positive we now had what we needed to open the walls and to see what was going on. He told me to prepare myself because it could be like opening up Pandora's box and boy was he right! I met his staff who all seemed very knowledgeable and trained in this area also and were great guys! Very easy to talk to and very understanding and considerate to my situation! Their work was thorough and well documented. The company as a whole addressed all of my questions and concerns and helped me to get out of the environment that was causing my daughter and I to become very ill. Once they opened up one wall they could see evidence that there were problems stemming from other rooms. This led to four different rooms being opened up and finding severe water damage and mold that was traced not only from my bathroom but up into the attic where they found damage to the roof where water had been leaking through for a long time! I honestly believe that contacting this company was the best decision I made and the outstanding outcome in finding and resolution of this issue in the complete manner that it was addressed would not have happened with any other company! The professionalism and complete compassion of my situation surpassed my expectations. My story had spread and others began contacting me of concerns they had of mold in their homes. The ones that called Mario and his crew had great positive outcomes and the ones that went with other companies had issues and ended up contacting me for Mario's information.
