Always top notch care. I’ve always felt like this practice truly had my sincere interest at heart. This is so important and why I will return, without hesitation, for future care.
I feel sad to write this review - I'm a patient of Framingham Dental for about 25 years and always was very happy about their services and office staff; always left 5* reviews. Doctors and hygienists there are great. Unfortunately recently I was very disappointed with office personnel. 2-3 weeks ago I called them and made an appointment for my daughter for 2nd opinion (she was coming for holidays). Week before her appointment I called them to check whether I wrote down correct time only to find out there was NO appointment at all!
