I feel sad to write this review - I'm a patient of Framingham Dental for about 25 years and always was very happy about their services and office staff; always left 5* reviews. Doctors and hygienists there are great. Unfortunately recently I was very disappointed with office personnel. 2-3 weeks ago I called them and made an appointment for my daughter for 2nd opinion (she was coming for holidays). Week before her appointment I called them to check whether I wrote down correct time only to find out there was NO appointment at all! They stated they didn't know what happened, they booked up till end of January and couldn't help me in any way. When I pointed out that it was an office error and I'm very disappointed, office manager, Mellissa started yelling at me and then hanged up.
