Technician did not cover hole in vents after drilling and cleaning, they had to come back and fix this. They also did not cover the vents properly upstairs so all the dust and debris was blown out of the vents into the rooms upstairs and they did not clean it up I had to do that myself. Our old house probably never had the vents cleaned since their installation over 50 years ago. I was able to see the before and after, the service was thorough and professional, and there was no high pressure tactics. They were up front about pricing, and the service took a couple of hours.
I contacted another area service first who failed at every point of service including a no show for appt date and no call.Better Air exemplifies SUPERIOR SERVICE from point of contact through completetion. Stanley was quite professional explaining and showing what was needed and what he did. Very personable and knowledable; he left everything clean and neat. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!
