Billing is an absolute nightmare. We keep getting bills because the hospital cannot figure out who to bill. And it's Medicare. You end up giving the pertinent numbers over and over and over to someone who doesn't speak English well in India and as far as I can tell, nothing ever resolves. The incompetence is simply staggering. You can give them everything they need and the iinformation just disappears. Makes me think that some form of fraud is taking place.
Rude duplicitous employees, angry nurses not enough help. Go anywhere but here. It's a for profit hospital, where profit comes before people. Maybe it's why the employees are so angry
I was at the Emergency room on Monday for a head Concussion at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. I will NEVER EVER even on my death bed would I ever ever choose to go back to that hell hole! No words can describe the lack of medical care that I received! No compassion, no concerns, they kept belittling me with my pain. I was left for hours unattended, the way I was treated and spoken to I have no words!!! I had insisted on going to Mt Auburn where my Dr's are all at, but they refused to bring me there! Mt Auburn Hospital would have NEVER treated their patient like this!! Please DO NOT go there unless you want to have medical treatment as though you are in a third world country. I only had one RN who never introduced herself, when she asked me what happed she walked away each time I tried to explain to her what happened she had absolutely no interest in knowing. She would not help me to get off the bed and assist me to the bathroom. So instead shoves a bed pan underneath me that she didn't even do right, so I ended up pissing all over myself and the bed. I rang for her four times, until finally she yelled at a helper to say,"ya I know she's been buzzing, she'd needs the bed pan removed!" Thank God the helper came in to help and put a dry towel under me. I could barely move because the body pain was excruciating yet I had to get dressed by myself and went home to full blown wires that connecT to the machine still attached to me. No Dr ever came to check on me. the helpers thank God for them! otherwise I'm sure I'd still be sitting in there waiting for some decent help! Worst medical experience I've ever encountered and I will make sure I NEVER EVER have to go back there. On top of it the manager of complaints was just as rude when she called me back! It would all have been a different story if it was their family member in there! I absolutely know nothing will be done except a good laugh amongst all of them!!!!
