I came to this practice after a negative experience with another allergist. The front desk staff called me after setting up an appointment to squeeze me in sooner because they had a cancellation. Dr. Rhein was incredibly attentive, as were his nurses and office staff. JJ and Milo administered my allergy and asthma tests and ensured it was a pleasant and painless experience. Dr. Rhein spent a lot of time explaining my condition, treatment options, and approaches. I left feeling not only like I was taken care of, but that I learned a lot. I know when I return that I will be going to a practice that cares about it's patients.
