My wife knows my history of back injuries, and the day to day pain it causes me. For my birthday she wanted to buy me a massage. So she did her research and found Paula, and I am so happy that she did. I have been getting massages for years in conjunction with physical therapy, and chiropractors visits so I know how it works. But being a first time customer with Paula I was very Impressed with her attention to details and her ability to make the adjustments that I needed. I left feeling great. She took the time to listen to my story and she addresses everything that we discussed. I was convinced I had a micro tear in my shoulder before visiting Relaxzen, but Paula used precision accuracy to pin point muscular I didn’t know I had, and the reliefs lasted for days. I feel great and I can’t wait to go back, as well as return the favor for my wife’s birthday : )

Paula, who is also a nurse, is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! The most caring person I have ever met. She helps me with my migraines, injuries ...and she is helping me through all of the tightness I have experienced recently since rotator cuff surgery… thank you Paula...you are the best xoxo
