Joe was out at my home today to check out my toilets that kept running. He diagnosed the problems quickly and was able to fix both of the issues with only minor repairs and parts. I am almost certain if any other plumber or service came they would have recommended or done additional work that wasn't needed. Not only was Joe honest but very personable and friendly in a house full of children and busy bodies. Joe's fees and rates were very reasonable as well.
