I had the absolute pleasure of taking a trial at F45 this week and training with Coach Morgan, Coach Kell, Coach Willie, and Coach Meg. Highly recommend this location, coaches make you feel comfortable no matter what your level is and are so attentive no matter how many people are in the class!
