John is fantastic! He came to take out some old electric boxes that we needed disconnected to allow for demolition — a very small job, but John was right there, came right at the time he said he would, did the work perfectly and promptly and is a nice person on top of it!!! I’ve had so many experiences with electricians who don’t show, don’t return phone calls, or leave things half-done. I am very pleased and will definitely be using John in the future, no question about it. Thank you!!

I highly recommend John T. Bates. He has done multiple jobs for us, and each time he has proven himself to be honest, fair, and committed to safety and exemplary work. He makes recommendations for improving our plan, saves us money we don't need to spend, and has encouraged us to review unsafe conditions. Kudos to John T. Bates!
