Once Upon A Tile

Completely gutted and renovated our bathroom. We had some challenges with our tiler ordering the wrong trim, cutting the tile the wrong length, not ordering the correct grout color, etc. Mandy bent over backwards and went over and above the call of duty to help fix the issues as quickly and creatively as possible (even going as far as giving me her cell number to call while she was on vacation!). Mandy was great at helping me picks colors and types of tiles and the project ended up coming out beautifully. Will call Chad next time I need a tiler, lesson learned. Highly recommend the team at Once Upon A Tile!
