First of all, I drove from New Bedford to Leominster to Doctor Bates office. I found Doctor Bates very attenuative to my issues. My initial examination took over an hour and a half. No other Physician spent that amount of time in my initial exam. Doctor Bates was compassionate to my injuries, extremely thorough and helped me with my concussion issues. I found him to be very friendly, kind and we covered a lot of treatments during my visits which at sometimes lasted over 3 hours each appointment. I treated with him for the better part of 3 years.
