The rebuild of fire damage has been a challenge both from The City of Boston approval process, and Covid shut down of work and especially the shortages of material do to supply side issues. Elite has been more than fair with changes necessitated by these shortages by offering upgraded material at no additional cost. The fact that not many contractors would do this is impressive. No nickle and diming from Elite. The staff has been friendly and always prompt in their replies to any inquiries that I made, have offered advice on some of my questionable paint and design decisions, and allowed me on site to see the work performed after loaning a hard hat to me for safety.
