“This summer, when Feen's came to service our Jotul woodstove, we asked them for a site check of a fireplace we were considering fitting with a woodstove insert. They assessed the space, did some measurements and offered us some suggestions for what might fit in the space. The main store was then able to offer us brochures and examples. When we decided on the insert we wanted, the main store was able to route us to financing and recommend a few masonry experts who could finish prepping the fireplace before placement of the insert. This was a PROCESS, but through it all we found the entire Feen's Team knowledgeable and professional and genuinely nice to work with. It's winter now and we are enjoying our new woodstove insert.
