I can't believe T Vickery is still around (Advance Painting & Construction). He took us for our money & that was the end. We hired him for carpentry work & some cement work about 1 year ago.... He said he had a License & had Insurance so of course when you say License, it means a CSL (Construction Supervisor License). He sure kidded us! Due to our own negligence for not checking, turned out his work was very sloppily done and looked as though it all was going to fall apart. He refused to fix it according to building standards & scammed us. Further checking it turned out he wasn't licensed at all & never was! All he had was an expired... read full review

I had hired this place and the workmanship was poor. Owner T. Vickery doesn't stand behind his work. He also said he was Licensed and Insured but he isn't, only an expired Registration. I don't recommend since he low balled price & overcharged on materials.

I agree with all the other 1-star ratings, I also hired to do some work and quality was not good
