Kelly is a delight and has an amazing bedside manner. I felt at ease very quickly. My lower back had been very swollen for a year but after my first session, the swelling went down more than I thought possible!

So... I have had low back pain/soreness for honestly at least the last 2 years... I started an exercise routine hoping it would help but if anything it made my back tighter. I decided well, why not try out Acupuncture. My parents have both had success in the past relieving back pain and personally as someone who saw a Chiropractor for many years, I knew this wasn't something they could help with. I also did not want to do Physical Therapy because I was incorporating various stretches into my routine which weren't helping in the long run anyway (great for short term relief).
