“Doug was quick and easy to work with. I had a skunk that I had trapped and then covered and needed legally removed from my property as it was a nuisance to my dog. He came within a few hours and took it away in the trap. Doug was easy to communicate with and reasonably priced compared to other local services. Note to self: do not trap skunks by yourself in MA as you cannot legally relocate them and need to pay for someone to come and take care of them regardless. Thanks for the quick action Doug!“

“I have trusted Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for more than 20 years. When we owned our home in West Hartford, an electrician pointed out that we had carpenter ants. Michael's took care of the problem; we clearly realized that we needed a reliable service for pest control and decided to establish an annual service contract with Michael's which includes regular preventative service visits/inspections thoughout the year. In addition, whenever unwanted "pesky visitors" appear, simply call Michael's and they will respond in a very timely manner to address the problem. For example, at one point while living in our house, a family of squirrels took up residence in the attic. Michael's set traps and after a few days, four squirrels were caught (still alive) and relocated to a natural habitat far from our home. Five years ago, we downsized to a condo in Bloomfield. The HOA includes exterior pest applications. For the interior of the condo (which is built on a concrete slab), I continue to maintain my annual pest control contract with Michael's. They provide me with regular, preventative service. The service technicians along with the office staff, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From my point of view, the fact that Michael's is a local business, just a few miles down the road in East Granby, is truly an added positive bonus. Michael's gives me peace of mind -- I so appreciate this service!“

I mistakenly emailed them (I thought it was municipal/county animal control and not a business) about a legal question regarding injured deer involved in vehicle collisions. They responded very quickly (they could have just ignored my email) and explained they were not in a position to answer that and provided contact info for animal control. They obviously knew I wasn't reaching out for business, yet they took time to respond anyways in a prompt and kind manner.“

“Our home is surrounded by conservation land and a gully so we were very doubtful a service like this would work for us. Out of desperation we gave them a try and have not regretted it. Especially when we go to neighbors and get devoured. Since using Mission Green, we have noticed a dramatic decrease in mosquitoes and ticks. Knock on wood but our pets haven't brought one tick in the house since using them and we can finally enjoy our backyard.“
