I am a residential contractor in NYC and hired Thiago, Bob and their crew to restore my vacation home after a major plumbing leak. This included a gut renovation of a bathroom, bedroom, closets and hallway along with doors and insulation. The work was carried out in a clean and professional manner with feedback and inquiries answered promptly. they even got into the crawl space under the house to apply insulation foam. I had them replace my deck at the same time and it was finished beautifully even though it was built over part of the septic system. I only wish they worked in Manhattan.

Tigo Builders just completed the renovation of two bathrooms for us in addition to finishing basement space for a gym. They did an excellent job. Easy to work with, high quality workmanship, creative problem solving when issues arose. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my next project.

Had my basement refinished recently and could not be happier with the results! Thiago and his team responded promptly and were available to look at the project that week. After receiving a couple quotes, I moved forward with Tigo Builders for their reliability, communication and attention to detail. Looking forward to having them back for flooring!
