Had Bennett come and replace an aging tankless HW heater. Had the unit installed within 24 hours of my call (in early September '23) - for over $1K less than the 2 other companies that actually called me back (not to mention the ½ dozen or so that were no shows). Prompt, cleaned up well, and arranged the post-install city inspection. They are now my default plumber of choice.
