Absolutely outstanding service. We had an emergency situation. Triangle made it their priority to make sure our situation was taken care of. They went out of their way to ensure our AC was up and running as quickly as possible. They are fairly priced for the quality of service received. Every person we interacted with was kind and courteous. Overall, A+++!!

This company has outstanding customer service, thorough service, and highly professional techs! I cannot speak highly enough of Triangle. Donna, Tom, Chris, and everyone at Triangle are conscientious of their customer's needs and truly care about their customers. They try to keep costs low and do not perform unnecessary repairs when possible. They have serviced our air conditioner for many years! One thing I do mention is that they do have busy times and are cognizant of the schedule of their techs. Since there are so many people who recognize what an amazing service they have, they can only service so many customers a day. If it is a true emergency, they will make sure they come out promptly. However, if it is not an emergency, they will do their best to get someone out. My advice is to be patient!! They are worth it!! They often come out quickly!!

Fantastic job installing air conditioning in our offices and meeting areas at St. Martin's church in Providence. Their price was reasonable. The work was exceptional. AJ, Chad, and Tony did great work! They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would recommend them for any home or commercial job.Services: Ductless heating & A/C services
