I had Kassandra do a eye brow waxing and I have been going there for years for this service. She took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed, this was the first time I was asked if I wanted the massage chair on. Like I said, I have been going there for years to get my eye brows waxed. I can't speak highly enough on how fantastic she was. She took her time, she was gentle. Definitely 5+ stars for her .
