Had new locks installed at 2 houses now. They work perfectly! I'll always go back. Great quality and service!Customer service is on point. Nice selection of safes with delivery and installation options. Highly recommend!

I lost my only motorcycle key and couldn’t recover it while away from home in Martha’s Vineyard, and needed a new key cut fast. Smith’s was able to take the code from my ignition cylinder and instantly match it to a key profile by database. They cut me a set of replacement keys in no time at all and easily saved me hundreds of dollars it would have otherwise taken to tow the bike off of the island and to a mechanic. The owner and daughter recently helped me with locks for my shop the owner came out his way to help me put the lock on my store front a call that would have cost me 200 he came out the kindness of his heart definitely would recommend
