They do good work but the customer service needs considerable attention. Had to spell my name for the man on the phone about three times and use phonetic alphabet just to find out if my order was ready. Then they called me back to confirm and hung up before I could ask if checks were accepted. I'll probably find somewhere else to fix my screens next time.
