Billing department and attempting to even speak with anyone at the desk is horrific. No one can tell me if they ran my insurance and I’ve been playing phone tag with billing for over a week. No one answers when you call, and call back service is over a day late.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Renee should not be a doctor. She is the rudest healthcare provider I have ever come across and left me crying two times after my annual appointments. She was very condescending about my psychiatric medication and gave unsolicited advice. She was extremely vague when answering questions which left me ultimately just as confused. They also sometimes don’t answer their phone lol. Never never never go here.

It’s been a nightmare! And if I could leave no stars, I would! This office overcharges you and your insurance and make you pay for visits that were not performed! Should be reported as insurance Fraud! I went for my annual exam with Dr London-Lopes (avoid at all costs) back in March 2023 knowing I was pregnant and have my prenatal care set up at Women and Infants (go there instead) once I entered the room and mentioned that I was pregnant, medical assistant wanted me to do urine test to confirm which I declined and once the doctor came in she declined to do my annual exam coz I was pregnant, told me to take prenatal, wished me luck and sent me home!
