Our thermostat panel went blank. We changed the batteries but the a/c still did not turn on. We called Marc's Sheet Metal and two technicians arrived in minutes. They noticed our furnace had been shut off. A flick of the switch and the a/c was on. It was less than an hour from the phone call to the a/c flowing. No charge for the service call! Amazing! We were looking for a central air quote in a home that already had central heating without breaking the bank. Our neighbor used Marc's Sheet Metal to have central air installed and highly recommended them to us.
Marc came to our house for the initial quote. He was punctual and professional. We received our quote a few days later and it was by far the lowest quote out of every company that we received a quote from. My husband wanted a specific unit and they obliged, no problem. That obviously made the quote higher, but we wanted a different unit and it was still way under what we were quoted before with lesser units.
