they are find as long as you wait patiently while your waiting and do not complain about the doctor rushing around like a chicken with its head chopped off and do not complain as she rushes through your exam. nor do they mind taking your miney and making sure your spend it. BUT WHEN YOU COME BACK WITH A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR GLASS REASON BEING THEY ARE NEW TO YOU, you will not be able to complete your question when the lady that orders the glasses interrupts you with all the things she went over with you so no matter what your question is her ass was cover!!! I will not be returning nor will I pass any business their way! Customers requests, concerns or complaints should be the priority not the women trying to cover her ass!! For really no reason yet she had not let me even finish my question Typical Fall River Responce!

Not a fan at all. Asked them 4 times if there is a copay over the phone, 4 times I was assured there wasn't. Arrived there, " and the copay is $X amount, will that be cash or card?". Um, neither. I explained I asked 4 times over the phone that were was apparently nothing to pay when I got there."Don't worry, sorry about that!"Nope, apparently now I do, because now I'm getting letters in the mail asking for it.And to top it off, both my daughter and I didn't get the same eye tests. She got tested for this, I didn't get that test? Shouldn't the eye test be uniform, as in the same for every person, every time?The lady who fixes glasses, helps with picking out frames etc, she was great, no issues there.Just the rest of the outfit. One person says this, another does that.I shoulda just stuck to my last optician.

This place sucks! My fiancé and I went there and the tech was rude as hell to the customers which is unprofessional the manager is cocky as hell and super rude. This lady name Sandy who is the Tech took my fiancé in the room and was flirting with him and talks like she moans which is disgusting. The manager Stacy took off her lab coat and took a patient back in the room trying to show off her body. This place is sooo unprofessional it's gross. I WILL NOT be having my family go there anymore! They have no class and very unprofessional.
