I found Soulflower about a month ago. I’ve been back twice a week since! The class schedule works perfectly with my needs. But even more importantly, each instructor I’ve worked with, has been a pleasure. I feel the vibe from the moment I walk in, until I’m leaving is relaxing, warm and what I’m searching for in my practice.

Belize Yoga Retreat January 2022:I CAN BELIZE IT! Soulflower, THANK YOU! This opportunity cracked me wide open and afforded me space to increase compassion, love of self, and all surrounding creatures.Long Review Alert!Flight booking was a tad challenging for me! There were a lot of dynamics; an international flight, a flight local to Belize, and a boat trip to get to the private island. I MADE IT to the boat with the rest of the group and began building rapport with the other participants.What was at first a rushed experience by the boat operators to hurry with our meal to start our commute over to the island, turned into patience. I had a fabulous experience on a wellness yoga retreat with Soulflower . Not only were Sam and Alexis extremely professional well knowledged and very welcoming. Honestly I can’t wait to join them again on their next retreat they made every single retreater feel so special. Also there a studio in Fairhaven is just so tranquil I love the area and the yoga classes offered.
