“He was the first of 5 to return my call. He returned my call in 1 hour - only 1 other returned call. It was a small job to replace a leaking air pressure valve in my boiler line. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call. Great guy with tons of experience. He is my first call from now on and the guy recommend when someone asks me for a good plumber in the area.“

“I just had my 20 year old submersible well pump quit on me and called American Well & Pump. They were able to come troubleshoot and replace it on the same day I called. The guys were great, they had all the parts needed readily on hand, they took the time to answer all my questions and I was back up with water within a few hours at a reasonable price. “28 years and counting!!2 years ago I inherited a very old home with a SuperStor water heater that is connected to my boiler. I recently have begun to have issues with the slow recovery rate of my hot water. It would take many hours for the hot water to build back up after only one shower.I called HTP and they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my water heater just by telling them the serial and model numbers. Devon walked me through a few very simple troubleshooting steps. When I flushed some of the water out, it was completely clean (which is impressive since is has not been flushed in over two years). He then had me adjust the thermostat and now I am waiting to see the results.The fact that this water heater had been going strong for 28 years with little maintenance or issues is amazing. The responsive and helpful customer service is just as amazing.If I had called a plumber, I would have probably fooled into spending thousands of dollars on an unnecessary new water heater (+ expensive labor).“
