Took my son to see Tommy today for his first cut at a barber shop. Previously to this appointment my son was absolutely terrified of getting his hair cut and it was always a nightmare. Today my three year old walked in and sat up in the chair with no issues. Tommy knows how to engage with children and help them get through their fear of the barber. He use his different tools to engage my son but also to make him feel more comfortable. My baby looks like a completely different little boy and I we are so thankful for his work.
