DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES... He treated my 17-year-old son horribly. And he tricked me and lied telling me that the procedure wasn't going to be covered. When I found out from my insurance it clearly was. I don't trust him as far as I could throw him. I'm talking about Dr. Scott Harelick. Horrible.... do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

I had two small filling fixed on my lower back bottom teeth. Just routine. they hurt like hell after. I was told to wait. The pain NEVER went away. I called to get them fixed, for weeks. the son dentist didn't care, the father dentist was vacationing 4 days a week or was too busy. The daughter dentist seemed to care, but referred me back to the others who did nothing. I told them fact, that I had a medical treatment in CA I had to get to but the pain was unbearable. Still nothing. You can always go to another dentist they said. Which would have costs thousands to start new, and they might not know what happened. They abandoned me/malpractice. Months later, they finally realize they are massively libel (I'm guessing the office manager finally found out and told them they are in trouble and libel)..... they get me in. They X-ray and indeed find out BOTH fillings are messed up and jagged. Creating massive pain daily that would never go away until repaired. Nightmare family. The doctor I needed in LA went to the hospital with a slight pain,....ended up under a ventilator now for weeks, if he ever gets better, we already paid him. A cascade of disease that would have been caught, was missed. Our family is in ruins.

The staff at Harelick Dental Associates are awesome. I've been there twice for my son and they deal with little ones so well. I love there Patience and how the entire staff always seems to be smiling. Seems like an amazing place to work. Shannon rocks and Dr. Robert was fantastic with my son. Today was his second appointment and the doctor picked him up and was hugging him when he started to cry since he only nearly 22 months old. I think the fact all the doctors are family shows a lot on how they treat their patients. I'm honestly considering possibly making them my dentist as well since I don't have one for my own oral health. I'm so glad my wife found this dentist office in my area. I wish we found them sooner. Keep up thé great work. I'm impressed and that says a lot when it comes to any doctors office.
